Amazing

Have you ever noticed that God does amazingly more than we could ever hope for.  this past Sunday night our church, Second Baptist, tried something new.  Instead of Church as normal we did something a little different.  We started discipleship groups on Sunday night.

Everyone, except youth, would come together in the Sanctuary for worship and offering, then split out into small groups throughout the church.  Many people did stay in the Sanctuary for a bible study on 1 Corinthians.  However many people joined the discipleship groups close to 100 adults.

Now with the youth part of discipleship, I thought that if I had 10 to 15 students that would be great.  20 Students showed up for the first night.  Amazing.

Every time that I start talking about this I get excited and encouraged.  What is God doing in your life that you are excited about?  Are you even excited about God?  Be careful most people only grumble and complain, that is nothing to be excited about.

Watch out God wants to do Amazing things in and through you. Are you willing to let HIM?
